Empowered Refresher

An afternoon workshop focused on learning and practicing comfort measures for labor while helping you feel confident and well prepared for a community birth.

This one-day, four-hour workshop covers comfort measures—with plenty of time to practice—and how to prepare for a community birth. While open to all, it’s especially well-suited for families expecting another baby or those who have previously experienced a community birth and would like a supportive refresher on what to expect and how to provide effective support.
